The railing has been stained and flower pots planted.
Notice the stones around the base of the porch supports... Better Homes and Gardens idea:)
Friends have donated plants so we've put them out front until we decide on permanent placement. Thanks you, Julie! Jay's little hillside garden (below) of tomato and pepper plants. And some strawberries and red raspberries. He also has some blueberries in another spot.

Everytime you see new pics of your place, it looks even more settled. It sure has a Maine personality - neat! Looks like you'll have a wonderful garden soon too!!
